Adults - ages 17 and up - are invited to serve on the salaried LCLC summer staff.

Christian adult role-models and care-givers from our churches provide

some of the greatest benefits to summer youth campers.

Please suggest those from your congregation who could serve as:

Chaplains

Lay and ordained

leaders orchestrate

daily worship and are

spiritual/personal

chaplains to specific

camp programs.

Lodging is in the

Chaplain’s Cabin or in

the Retreat Center.

Camp Grandparents

Today’s children often don’t

have much opportunity to

know their grandparents well,

much less relate to a retired

person. Camp grandparents

are “grandma” or “grandpa”

to the children in a program

and help counselors. Lodging

is in the Retreat Center.

Nurses

Volunteer RNs,

LPNs, and EMTs

assist the Nurse

with first aid

and daily medications.

Lodging is in the

Health Center or

Retreat Center.
